Allsports Physiotherapy Becomes QRU’s Newest Commercial Partner

Allsports Physiotherapy is pleased to announce its proud sponsorship of the Queensland Reds for the 2019 season.

Building on our long history of supporting grass-roots Rugby in Queensland, we look forward to seeing our company name on the maroon jersey for the Reds’ 2019 Super Rugby season.

On the eve of the St.George Queensland Reds first Vodafone Super Rugby match of 2019, the Queensland Rugby Union (QRU) has announced Allsports Physiotherapy as its latest commercial partner.

Allsports Physiotherapy was founded in Queensland over 20 years ago and has a long history of supporting grass-roots Rugby in Queensland.

Allsports is part of an integrated portfolio of allied health businesses operated by ASX-listed Healthia Limited, which includes brands such as My FootDr podiatry, Extend Rehabilitation, iOrthotics and DBS Medical Supplies.

The partnership will see the ‘Allsports Physiotherapy’ brand appear prominently on the top of the reverse-side of the St.George Queensland Reds’ playing jerseys, directly above each player’s number.

Allsports Physiotherapy CEO Tony Ganter said: “Like most Queensland Rugby supporters, we’re pretty excited for the Reds’ first Super Rugby game this Friday, given the standards and direction Brad Thorn has set for the Reds.

“Allsports Physiotherapy has always been heavily connected with the grass-roots of Rugby and other community sports - and we look forward to having our company name on the Reds maroon jersey throughout the 2019 season.”

QRU CEO David Hanham said: “This is another strong commercial partnership for the QRU. Our corporate partners recognise that our network extends to all corners of the state through our community and elite-level programs - with the St.George Queensland Reds representing our state in Super Rugby.

“We’re pleased to invite another large corporate partner headquartered in Queensland into the Reds family and we look forward to seeing the Allsports Physiotherapy brand on our new maroon playing jersey when we take on the Highlanders in Dunedin this Friday night.”
