On October 14-15, Healthia had the pleasure of hosting its first conference since 2019 when running the Inspired 2022 conference at SeaWorld on the Gold Coast.
The event was attended by more than 1,000 allied health delegates as the first opportunity to Inspire, Engage & Connect with each other since the pandemic started.
For many Healthia team members, this was the first time they met other team members despite having joined countless Zoom calls with each other, while for many of our New Zealand-based teams this was their first Healthia event since the network expanded across the Tasman in 2021.
Education and professional development play a critical role in Healthia’s rise to become the fastest growing allied health portfolio in Australia, and remains one of the brightest attractions for healthcare professionals to join Healthia, and clinics operators to join the network.
Organised by Group Chief Education & Research Officer - Dr Kerrie Evans and her team, Inspired 2022 featured top allied health practitioners from around the world.
Presenters shared their insights on best practice and some of the newest medical developments focusing on professional and clinical development across 12 clinical disciplines and administration streams.

Conscious of the growing demands of clinic operators and the support staff that contribute to Healthia delivering exceptional patient outcomes, a series of workshops hosted by leaders in business, mental health and workplace culture were also hugely popular across the weekend.
With presentations and workshops provided as an opportunity to upskill and develop their professional skills, Inspired 2022 provided clinicians and team members with new skills to take back to their clinics and drive organic growth.
Inspired 2022 was a huge success, with Healthia team members rating it a 6.2 out of 7 and was followed by record trading weeks in November demonstrating the boost in staff morale and motivation.
