Refunds and Transfers
Refunds:
In the event you need to cancel your registration, please email professional.development@healthia.com.au 30 days prior to the date of the presentation, course or workshop. Healthia Limited will refund all presentation, course or workshop payments made less a A$30.00 (inc GST) cancellation and administration fee.
Transfers:
Prior to 30 days, a substitute may attend the presentation, course or workshop in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are transferring your registration.
Processing Refunds:
Refunds agreed by Healthia Limited will be processed within 60 business days of the agreement to make the refund being provided in writing to the attendee by Healthia Limited. Refunds will be made back to the account you used to make the booking i.e. your credit card or your organisation’s bank account.
Attendance certificates:
Course or workshop attendance certificates will be either provided on the day or emailed within 60 days of the conclusion of the event.
Presentation, course or workshop changes:
Healthia Limited reserves the right to make any changes to any aspect of any workshop without notice.
Presentation, course or workshop cancellations made by Healthia Limited:
In the event Healthia Limited needs to cancel a presentation, course or workshop for any reason, including last minute unavailability of the speaker, minimum number of participants not achieved or the unexpected occurrence of events classified as “Force Majeure”, then a full refund will be made of the workshop registration fee to the person or organisation who paid for the original registration. In the event of a presentation, course or workshop cancellation, Healthia Limited will not be responsible for any cost other than the registration fee. Healthia Limited strongly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance to cover airline flights, accommodation etc in the event of a presentation, course or workshop cancellation. Refunds will be made within 60 days of notification being made in writing to the attendee of the cancellation of the presentation, course or workshop.
