We are looking for a full-time physiotherapist dedicated to pursuing clinical excellence. Experienced physiotherapists are preferred but physiotherapists with 1-2 years experience are encouraged to apply also.
You will be working as an on-site physiotherapist at the Allsports Forest Lake clinic opposite the Forest Lake Shopping Centre. The clinic services a diverse caseload consisting of private patients, adolescent injuries, athletic population, chronic medical conditions, third party insurer claims, Pilates, and a small volume of NDIS clients. We do not currently offer home visits or hydrotherapy services.
Our clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic including Physiotherapy, Pilates, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, titled Pain Physiotherapist, Hand Therapy, Dietetics and Remedial Massage Therapy. We have a strong focus on holistic rehabilitation and encourage our physios to interact with our extended team to achieve the best outcome for our patients.
Furthermore, Allsports Forest Lake provides its services to a semi-professional football club (Lions FC) and there are opportunities for physiotherapists who have an interest in sports physiotherapy. We have a satellite clinic at Lions FC Richlands also, with gym access for end stage rehabilitation.
We pride ourselves in continued professional development with fortnightly physiotherapy tutorials led by industry leading physios, monthly external consultant presentations conducted in-house and routine planning meetings with management staff. We encourage our physios to strive for clinical excellence and autonomy in practice, and do not rely on KPIs as indicators of best practice.
Salary packaging will reflect the successful applications experience. We strongly encourage our physiotherapists to have a good work life balance. Work hours are flexible and open to negotiation. The clinic’s trading hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
What skills and requirements will you need?

- Previous musculoskeletal experience
