Permanent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to join our Extend Rehabilitation team.

Monday – Friday (with 1 Saturday out of 8)
No late nights, no nursing homes and no home visits
Based at the Brisbane Private Hospital located in Spring Hill, you will be working alongside a highly experienced team of hand and upper limb therapists in conjunction with orthopaedic surgeons from Brisbane Hand and Upper Limb Clinic.
The role will be focused on upper quadrant musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating a variety of conditions. The opportunity exists to work in clinic co-operatively with leading orthopaedic surgeons with a some inpatient physiotherapy work. Upskilling in upper limb rehabilitation and post-op protocols will be provided as necessary.
While no two days will be the same, a snapshot of what you will see is; conservative and post-surgical upper quadrant physiotherapy rehabilitation e.g. rotator cuff disorders, elbow instability, arthroplasty, thoracic outlet syndrome, upper limb fractures. Proficiency in strength and conditioning rehabilitation for the upper limb is also an important aspect of the position.
We offer flexible working hours, and there are no late nights. This is a Monday – Friday role with only 1 Saturday out of every 8. We do not have KPI’s, just great patient outcomes.
The position is a full-time role; however, the right part-time applicant may be considered.

What skills and requirements will you need?
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous musculoskeletal experience – Orthopaedic experience would be welcomed but not essential
- Integrity, good organisational communication skills and a positive attitude
